Don't take your vehicles to this place, took my xterra to them last Wednesday, they call Thursday say the car is fixed, charged $530.00 to fix 3 different things . Get it home,take it back out again.... still doing the same thing
I realize things come up but when you take someone's phone number when they make an appt the least you could do would be to call them and inform them.
This place is a joke dropped my truck off Friday and they told me it would be done Monday well my truck was never touched after being lied to over and over I don't recommend anyone going here
While traveling on I-81 in a rainstorm, pulling a 34 foot camper, our truck windshield wiper broke. We found this repair center on google and limped in to see them. They were quick to greet us and repair our wiper at a minimal charge. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We were back on the road in no time!
I don't recommend wasting your time making an appt with them because they probably won't be there when you go.
Made an 8am appt for Sat showed up a little before 8am. Nobody there. Waited around for a little while then went back, still nobody there and a sign on the door said "We will be closed today. See you Monday." Not very good business practice. There was someone else waiting also that had an 8am appt.
Took my vehicle there just to get my state inspection done. The guy was very dirty and rude even had needle marks all in his arms like a junky!! I could not believe it, I told him I was gonna go somewhere else. He tried to put a rejection sticker on my car and got grease all over my drivers seat!! Never again, and I'm telling everyone I know don't go there.
